Dezineworks was founded on a professional foundation that began in 1995, built through years of working alongside licensed civil and structural engineers while gaining invaluable real-world construction experience. This hands-on background fostered a deep understanding of residential design, engineering coordination, building codes, and the permitting process. More than simply producing drawings, Dezineworks focuses on developing coordinated, permit-ready construction documents that bring together the many disciplines required to move a project confidently from concept to approval.

Dezineworks leads the coordination of the design team, bringing together the specialized expertise required to produce complete, permit-ready construction documents. Working in collaboration with licensed structural engineers, energy consultants, civil engineers, surveyors, septic designers, and local permitting agencies, every discipline is integrated into a single, coordinated drawing package designed for an efficient review, permitting, and construction process.

Over the past five years, fire recovery has become an important area of expertise, helping homeowners navigate the complex process of rebuilding after wildfire. While this work represents a significant part of our practice, we continue to serve a diverse range of clients with custom homes, remodels, additions, ADUs, and other residential design projects. Rebuilding after wildfire carries both technical and emotional challenges, requiring careful coordination of debris removal, insurance requirements, evolving building codes, consultant input, and permitting.

Broadcast studio design represents the second core practice at Dezineworks. Serving broadcast networks, media organizations, and production teams across the United States, we develop technical millwork, studio furniture layouts, fabrication drawings, and detailed renderings that integrate seamlessly with broadcast technology, operational workflows, and on-air environments. Our experience spans projects for some of the industry’s leading broadcasters and media organizations, where precision, reliability, and attention to detail are essential. Every project is approached with a commitment to producing coordinated documentation that gives fabricators, installers, and project teams the clarity and confidence to execute without ambiguity.
